Nokia emerged as the most trusted brand in India according to the survey conducted by Trust Research Advisory (TRA). Sachin Tendulkar was ranked ahead of Father of Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. If you really want to know the mood of nation, conduct the survey by taking the sample from all sections of society. Survey was conducted in 9 cities. What about rural people. India Today magazine conducted nationwide poll to find Indian youth icons for its “youth special” issue (February 19, 2007). Vajpayee got more votes than Prime Minister Manmohan Singh while Sonia Gandhi got 100% more votes than PM. Bachchan family has 3 representatives in top 10. Absence of Rahul Gandhi is a surprise.
