Good news for Railway passengers. Train passengers can now book train E-tickets (M-ticket) from their cell phones - no need for printouts. But, your mobile should be internet enabled. Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee launched this facility in Kolkata.  How to book m-ticket?    1. Visit Railway website (www.indianrailways.gov.in) from your internet enabled mobile.  2.
